- Per Named User: For virtual environments with staff that need dedicated access to a virtual machine throughout the day.
- Per Concurrent Connection: For virtual environments with a high number of shift workers where machines are shared between workers throughout the day (e.g. students, shift workers).

How To Install VMware Horizon Client on Windows 10
To install VMware Horizon Client on PC Windows, you will need to install Bluestacks Android Emulator first. With this emulator app you will be able to running VMware Horizon Client into your Windows 7, 8, 10 Laptop. And even install android app on your MAC OSX PC
- Go to this Bluestacks download page to get the emulator that compatible with your Operating System.
- Click the icon on Desktop to run the Bluestacks Emulator app on Windows.
- Login with your Google Play Store account.
- Then, open Google Play Store and search for ” VMware Horizon Client “
- Choose one of the app from the search result list. Click the Install button.
- Or you can import the .apk file that you’ve downloaded from the link on above this article with Bluestacks File Explorer. Right-Click then install it.
- Now you can play VMware Horizon Client app for PC.

How to completely uninstall (remove) VMware Horizon Client?
To uninstall (remove) it from your device, follow these instructions:
Uninstall completely from PC Windows 10
- Go to From Start Panel >> Settings >> Apps
- Then search for VMware Horizon Client & click Uninstall
- Then confirm.
Uninstall completely from PC Windows 7
- Go to Start >> Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs
- Then search for VMware Horizon Client & click Uninstall
- Then confirm.
Many 3rd party applications like Ccleaner has the feature to uninstall apps also. Choose what is comfortable to you.

NOTE REGARDING APPLICATION PERMISSIONS: When you install the VMware Horizon Client, you will be prompted to allow the app to read phone status and identity. These permissions are due to the integrated RSA SDK and the RSA soft token feature. For security purposes, the RSA SDK requires access to the phone state, device’s network state and Wi-Fi state in order to verify the device’s identity.

If an administrator enables the new DPI Synchronization Per Connection agent group policy setting, DPI synchronization takes effect when users reconnect to a remote desktop.
