The problem is that Windows is blocking application setup to install.
Corel thinks that this is incompatible but how about Corel Draw 11 is working perfectly but Corel Draw X4 (Newer version .. x4 is 14 version) is not working because something from Microsoft blocks to install. What is more this Corel works in Windows 10 (after upgrade from Windows 7)...
Corel want's to sell newer compatible program and Microsoft is helping them to block older aplication...
